1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the agreement between players using the rd73 platform and rd73. By accessing rd73's website, mobile app, or any of its services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms.

Any player who does not comply with these Terms is not permitted to use rd73's services. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account at rd73, players must meet the requirements set out in this section—

• You must be 21+.
• You must provide accurate information using your own national ID.
• You are personally responsible for ensuring that your participation complies with the laws of your country or region.
• Each player may open only one account at rd73.
• Accounts must be registered using your own personal ID — registration under a false identity or in a third party's name is not permitted.

2.1 Age Verification

rd73 may request proof of age (national ID) at the time of registration or withdrawal. If this is not provided within the specified timeframe, the account may be temporarily suspended.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each player may open only one account at rd73. Accounts opened with the same name, phone number, or payment method may be merged or closed by rd73.

3. Account Management

3.1 Security and Password

Players should not share their login credentials (username/password) with any third party. rd73 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a player's failure to keep their account secure.

3.2 Accurate Information

Players must ensure that the personal details provided at registration (name, date of birth, contact information) are accurate. Incorrect information may cause issues when withdrawing funds.

3.3 No Joint Accounts

Joint accounts are not permitted at rd73. Only one account per person, for personal use only, is allowed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

Deposits at rd73 can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit for all methods is 10,000 Ks.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Funds will only be sent to the player's own registered payment method; transfers to third-party accounts are not allowed.

4.3 Suspicious Funds and Money Laundering

To prevent money laundering, rd73 may review players' payment transactions. Suspicious transactions will be put on hold for investigation, and players may be asked to provide verification.

4.4 Payments Must Be in Your Own Name

Players must use only their own payment methods. Playing with borrowed money or funds from a third party is not allowed.

5. Bonus and Promotion Rules

To receive bonuses and promotions at rd73, the conditions set out in this section must be met—

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% welcome bonus of up to 300,000 Ks is available on the first deposit. To withdraw bonus funds, players must wager 25 times the bonus amount.

5.2 Bonus Forfeiture

If a withdrawal is requested after a bonus has been received but before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be forfeited. Withdrawing before completing the wagering requirement cancels the bonus, and the player will only be able to withdraw the remaining balance.

5.3 VIP Cashback

rd73 has 5 VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players move up tiers based on their wagering volume—

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

5.4 Bonus Abuse

6. Betting and Game Rules

rd73 offers football betting, live casino, slots, crash games, 3D lottery, and other games. Each game has its own rules, and players must read and understand them before playing.

6.1 No Reversal of Betting Decisions

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a bet cannot be completed due to technical issues such as server disconnection or software errors, rd73 may void that bet and refund the appropriate amount.

6.3 Game Service and Communication

Players must conduct themselves appropriately while playing. If a player is abusive, aggressive, or attempts to exploit technical errors, rd73 may suspend that player's account.

7. Prohibited Actions

The following actions are prohibited on the rd73 platform—

• Selling, renting, or transferring your account to another person
• Attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent activity
• Using a VPN or proxy software to access from restricted regions
• Playing using software, bots, or automated methods
• Attempting a cyber attack on the server
• Making payments related to money laundering
• Attempting to manipulate game results
• Collusion or match-fixing — using multiple accounts to place opposing bets against each other to boost individual win rates

8. Personal Information and Security

9. Intellectual Property

11. Account Closure and Suspension

rd73 may suspend a player's account without prior notice if these terms are violated or if any conduct deemed unreasonable is committed.

11.1 Self-Closure by Player

If a player wishes to close their own account, please contact customer support. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before closure. If the account is closed before bonus wagering requirements are met, the bonus amount will be forfeited.
